Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
Let guests join your network by pointing their camera at a code instead of typing a long password. Everything is built in your browser, so your password is never sent anywhere.
How it works
- 1Enter the network name exactly as it appears, plus the password and security type.
- 2Check the preview, then scan it with a phone to confirm it joins the network.
- 3Download a PNG or SVG and print it for the fridge, the guest room or the front desk.
What is inside a Wi-Fi QR code
The code holds a short line of text such as WIFI:T:WPA;S:MyNetwork;P:secret;;. Phone cameras recognize the WIFI: prefix and offer to join the network it describes. Because it is a standard format, one code works across iPhone, Android and most tablets.
Where to put it
Print it on a small card for the kitchen or guest room, add it to a rental welcome sheet, or tape it near the till in a cafe. Laminate it if it will be handled, and keep the white border intact so it stays easy to scan.
