3 values. Letters, numbers and symbols. The usual choice for shipping and inventory labels. From a CSV or spreadsheet, the first column is used.

Set to the labels per sheet to fill a whole sheet with one barcode.

Free up to 10 per download. Pro makes up to 5,000 at once.

How it works

  1. 1Paste one value per line, or import a CSV, and pick the barcode type.
  2. 2Choose your label sheet and how many copies of each barcode to print.
  3. 3Download the PDF and print it at 100% scale on the label sheets.

Picking a label size

Avery 5160 address labels (2.625 by 1 inch, 30 per sheet) fit most UPC and Code 128 barcodes and are the cheapest to buy. Use 5163 shipping labels for barcodes that need to be read from a distance, and 5167 return-address labels only for short codes like bin locations.

Labels are filled left to right, top to bottom, in the order of your list, and new sheets are added until every barcode is placed. Put related products next to each other in the list so their labels end up on the same sheet.
