Question 1

Which plan should I pick?

Accepted Answer

The 7-day pass is for a single job, like labeling a new product line: it unlocks Pro for a week and then simply ends, with nothing to cancel. Pro yearly suits regular use and renews once a year until you cancel. Pro lifetime is a single payment that never expires.

Question 2

What can I do without paying?

Accepted Answer

Every single-barcode generator is free with no limit, including PNG and SVG downloads. Bulk ZIP downloads and label sheet PDFs are free up to 10 barcodes or labels at a time; Pro removes that limit.

Question 3

Does the 7-day pass renew?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a one-time payment. The license key stops working after 7 days and you're never charged again.

Question 4

Can I use the barcodes commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan, including the free one. Print them on packaging, labels and listings. Barcode Ready adds no watermark and claims no rights to what you make. Note that retail UPC and EAN numbers themselves come from GS1, not from us.

Question 5

How do I get my license key?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, Polar (our payment provider) emails your license key. You're also sent back here, where the key is turned on automatically. You can find it later in the Polar customer portal, where yearly subscribers can cancel too.

Question 6

Can I use Pro on more than one device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter the same license key in each browser you use.

Question 7

Is my product list uploaded with Pro?

Accepted Answer

No. Pro works exactly like the free tools: every barcode is drawn in your browser and the ZIP or PDF is built on your device. Only the license key is checked online.

Question 8

What if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Email wyverselabs@gmail.com and we'll sort it out or refund you.
