Aztec Code Generator
Make an Aztec code, the square 2D barcode used on train tickets, airline boarding passes and many mobile tickets. Type your data and download an image, free and with no sign-up.
How it works
- 1Enter the text or number to encode.
- 2Check the preview and scan it with a phone to confirm.
- 3Download a PNG or an SVG.
Where Aztec codes are used
Rail operators in Europe, airline mobile boarding passes, event ticketing and some national health and postal services. If a system asks for an Aztec code, it usually expects a specific data format, so check its specification before encoding.
Design tips
Print dark squares on a light background at a size that gives each square at least 0.3 mm. Because the code is self-centering, you can place it close to other elements, but a little breathing room never hurts.
