QR Code for a Google Form
Paste the link to your Google Form and get a QR code people can scan to open it on their phone. Perfect for sign-ups, quizzes, surveys and feedback.
How it works
- 1In Google Forms, press Send, choose the link tab and copy the link.
- 2Paste it here and scan the preview to check the form opens.
- 3Download a PNG for slides and emails or an SVG for print.
Where to use a Google Form QR code
Put it on a slide at the end of a talk, on a classroom worksheet, a sign-up sheet at an event, a feedback card on restaurant tables, or a poster for a club. People scan, fill it in on their phone, and the answers land in your form's responses.
Tips for better response rates
Say what the form is for next to the code, keep it to a few questions, and print the code at least 2 cm (about 1 inch) wide for close-up scanning, larger for posters read from a distance.
